Please read this policy before placing your order so you understand our handmade, made-to-order and custom-order policies.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Made to Order

Every piece from Amy’s Traveling Bling Bar is individually handmade after your order is placed. Nothing is pulled from finished inventory.

United States Orders — Final Sale Except for Damage, Defect or Error

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, sizing selected by the customer, or other non-defect reasons. We do accept an approved return when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. We begin making your piece after that period, so changes or cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by replying to your order confirmation. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and, when approved, provide return instructions and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.

Do not return an item without authorization. Unless otherwise required by law, return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

United Kingdom Orders

Custom and clearly personalized pieces are made specifically to the customer’s specifications and cannot be returned or cancelled after the 24-hour order-change period once production has begun.

For any item to which a statutory cancellation or return right applies, we will honor the rights required by United Kingdom consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery whenever possible so we can document and resolve the issue promptly; this request does not reduce any rights that cannot legally be limited.

France, Spain & Other International Orders

Custom and clearly personalized pieces are final sale where permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country remain unaffected.
