Please read these terms before placing your order so you understand our handmade, made-to-order and custom-order policies.
ABOUT THIS SHOP
Amy’s Traveling Bling Bar - Shop is the online shop for Amy’s Traveling Bling Bar, a Los Angeles-based custom jewelry design and event business. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Every piece is handmade after an order is placed. Natural and handmade variations may occur, including slight differences in color, pattern, placement, and appearance. These variations are part of the character of a handmade piece and are not defects.
CUSTOM DESIGNS & CREATIVE INSPIRATION
Custom work is created for the individual customer within the materials, design options, timing, and budget agreed upon. We may create a new piece inspired by an event piece, an idea, or a reference, but we do not promise an exact duplicate of another customer’s original custom design.
ORDERS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Please review all selections, spelling, measurements, and shipping information before checkout. Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, production begins and the order cannot be changed or cancelled. Acceptance of a request is subject to our Return and Refund Policy and any rights required by applicable law.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless Shopify displays a local currency. Prices, availability, and material costs may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout applies to that order. Shipping, taxes, duties, and import charges are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Production and delivery times are estimates. A standard single-piece order generally requires approximately 5 business days to create; larger or specialized orders may require longer. Carrier and customs delays may occur after shipment. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We do accept approved returns for items received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please follow the timing and instructions in our Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & CARE
We describe materials and care requirements as accurately as possible. Screen settings and photography may affect how colors appear. Jewelry care, wear, storage, exposure to water or chemicals, and individual skin chemistry can affect a piece over time. Material-specific claims apply only where stated in the individual listing.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Site text, photographs, graphics, branding, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
PRIVACY
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Shopify processes order and payment information to operate the store and checkout.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to a Los Angeles, California business, except where the mandatory consumer protections of the customer’s location apply.
