Timeline

Every custom piece is different, so your timeline is set during your design consultation. Have a date in mind? Include it in your request, and plan ahead for larger orders.

  • Approvals must be received promptly.
  • Larger commissions receive a custom production schedule.

Custom Order Policy

  • Custom pieces are final sale after final approval.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or defective.
