Made to order in Los Angeles, California. We’ll contact you within 24 hours to arrange charm selection. Production begins after your selections are approved. Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for your bag charm to be made before it ships from California.
Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel before production begins. If we can’t find the right charms before production begins, we’ll refund your purchase. Once the finished bag charm is approved, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted. If your piece arrives defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Jewelry Care

For Tarnish Resistant Materials: Please minimize water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, oils and household chemicals. 18K gold-plated copper components are very tarnish resistant and most resemble real gold. We do want you to take care of it. And Stainless Steel, Gold Plated will also after years, and years eventually fade. To combat that please gently wipe with the included polishing cloth and store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
